Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK at present.

Pricing, product description and availability

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. All descriptions are approximate as honey is a natural product its colour and taste may change from season to season.

All products shown on our website should be in stock, in the unlikely event that items are ordered are out of stock we will contact you offering the following:

• Substitute the product for one of equal or greater value.
• We will back order the product and despatch it as soon as it becomes available
• You may cancel your order and have a full refund

Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart, once you are satisfied that you have selected the correct items click on checkout and follow the instructions. You will be asked for further details so that we can complete your order and payment will be made through Worldpay.

Returns and refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the complete order with products unopened within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us stating why you are returning the goods, when we have received the complete order we will refund you in the manner in which you paid.

Croft Apiaries cannot be held responsible for people’s differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your individual taste.

Loss and damage in transit

If your order has not been received within 5 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order. If your order is received damaged please contact us and we will organise delivery of a new shipment and collection of the damaged goods.

Croft Apiaries complies fully with the data protection laws in the UK we will only use the information your have given us to process your order as efficiently as possible, it will not be passed on to any third parties by us.
